The real deal or a total steal?
The stunning balcony view showcased the mountain panorama, and the family-friendly atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.
The amenities felt outdated, and noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, making it hard to relax.

Authentic Indian food options, Scenic mountain views, Lift access to Engelberg village
The noise from the lounge bar is a nuisance!!! Limited menu options and high extra charges for basic amenities make the experience less enjoyable!!! Slow Wi-Fi can be frustrating for guests who need it!!!

great views but a bit noisy
The room was spacious and had a stunning balcony with panoramic mountain views that were breathtaking! The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely welcomed us, making us feel at home immediately. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight. the buffet offered an impressive range of dishes, and the ambiance was lovely, especially with the mountain vista.
The lively atmosphere from nearby bars on the weekend made it a bit loud at times, especially late into the night.

We had such a fun time enjoying the amazing buffet dinner and relaxing in the sauna after a day of exploring. The views from our room and the restaurant were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The only thing was some noise from downstairs, but it didn’t ruin our vibe at all. I’d definitely recommend it for a great getaway! 😊

The terrace's elegant décor and stunning mountain views made my heart flutter every day. I especially appreciated the convenient lift access, which made it easy for all of us seniors to navigate without any hassle.
More robust breakfast options would be wonderful.

The buffet at the hotel's restaurant was a feast for the senses, with a variety of hot and cold dishes that made for an epic culinary adventure! Plus, the hotel’s tunnel access made getting to Engelberg's tasty treats a breeze.
We heard the lively band from Gin Bar on Saturday night—it added some flair but was a tad loud for our taste. Still, the grand atmosphere felt like a scene from the Grand Budapest Hotel.

Had a great time with my family in a large room with a balcony offering stunning mountain views. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the train station and charming local shops. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the assistant manager who helped us plan our adventures, making us feel genuinely welcome. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice buffet and lovely views over the town.

The game room kept the kids entertained, which was a plus. Check-in took forever, though, and the elevators are slow. The view of the mountains is stunning from the rooms. Food options felt limited, even with the focus on Indian cuisine.
